Polypip

Polypips are tiny aquatic creatures that inhabit rocky tidal pools. They feed by absorbing nutrients from the water through their skin. They can grow quickly, sprouting out frequent new heads when food is abundant, but shrink back to just a few during dry seasons and droughts.
